 I’m been very jumpy today  after realizing that the police had been  driving up  and down my street looking for someone.

feeling anxious these past few days because I have to go to the dentist. It's going to be a small extraction of a piece of tooth that is broken already.

I feel quite anxious/ depressed today
There is a carnival in our town and I'd really like to go, but because of my anxiety I can't This is coming from someone who was just complaining she had nothing to do on a bank holiday |

Someone agreed to me that they would read the selfish giant by oscar wild to me. (I love that story!)
I printed out the story, but I'm too scared to actually give it to them How can they expect to read it if I can't give them the story? I mean this is causing me more stress than it's worth. I may end up being like well, I can't find it... sorry. |

 I found myself needing to take another dose of my anxiety meds  just to deal with my brother bullying.
