Hello all. I'm looking for some emotional support and understanding about my anxiety panic disorder and health phobia. I feel that .none of my friends or family can understand how horrible it is to suffer this alone. I really just don't know how to deal with it any longer. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Ann! Yes, it seems people can't understand unless they experience, themselves, how bad it can be. I have had many panic episodes, & many others here also do understand. A friend of mine has the health phobia. Maybe in a little while you'll get to know others here that you will talk with & begin to finally feel understood. I hope you can explore our very helpful forums! They have been a blessing for me.
