I almost drowned once because I didn't know how to swim. I got a favor from the Universe & learned how to swim. First they taught us how to float. After that it got easier. Can you get lessons? Hugs & love to you, dear willowtigger!

What Dawn wrote is very true, you might not believe it but we can float naturally, learning that first in a safe space (in our depth) can give us the basis to swim.

But until then it’s okay not to go in a pool if you feel worried about it. Only go when you’re ready.

Yeah. If it's causing you that much discomfort don't go. Your mental health comes first.
