Memorial weekend I had my first campout with my fiancee. And then the anxieyt came, and it flooded my system. He was amazing. He was calm through it, and wanted to help. I felt some pain before and stomach pain plus being out of the state for medical things was not what I wanted. Today, I ask myself if I learned something.... yet I didn't. Ever since then I wanted to get work done but I am still panicy and can't consentrate. There is so much to do and i don't want to get it done.... thus creating anxiety... I am hoping if I get the words out, it will help. We shall see.
