I suffer from extreme Anxiety due to loneliness due to living alone and paranoia that my neighbour in my block of flats in gonna break in and murder me. I'm doing Cbt which isn't helping me that much. I don't have any coping mechanisms. I'm tired and want to get better

I can relate to the stress of living alone. I'm fortunate, in that I feel quite safe in my apartment. I'm sorry you're feeling so threatened. CBT is possibly the best treatment for your fears. I hope it helps you.
Thanks for this!
