I've been anxious for a week and have been falling asleep at 1am it's been so hard I have phobias of being useless and unable to work. I just don't know what to do. I worry that if I'm not good at maths I'll never be able to go to university and that what will I do work as a check out chick for the rest of my life? This is horrible I'm not sure what to do

@black-roses I am sorry you are falling asleep so late. Are you getting less sleep or sleeping later?

My brain works better when I get 6-8 hours sleep and eat 3 healthy meals a day.

Finding jobs that you are good at can be luck of the draw. Things can change - keep working on communication skills. You have writing abilities and other skills to discover. Just keep going. Things get clearer the older I get.

Its summer there, isnt it? Have you been helping out in your mum's garden? I think you miss many opportunities to educate and improve yourself. There is a saying, "God helps those who help themselves." I would not suggest anything to you that i havent tried myself. Working in my my own mothers garden helped me lot.

I think I should but I've been struggling with fatigue for so long it's ruining my life and has caused so much anger with my mum and dad. I'm gonna go to the doctor and get my hormones tested i don't accept that fatigue is just apart of being overweight

Having been overweight I can tell you that fatigue is a part of being overweight. You need to push though it. The more you do the less fatigue you will feel. Attitude is important too. The thoughts of I CAN do this, yes I will sweat and feel tenderness in my muscles but I CAN do this are important.
