I slept well last night. I exercised a little bit this morning.
I ate a little breakfast.
And I'm doing my dishes this sudden panic is rising up in my chest. For no reason whatsoever. I'm kind of feeling like i'm going to lose my mind a little bit

I can't connect it to anything. This happens sometimes

Sorry to hear about the anxiety. I hope you feel better...

Check out Dr. Claire Weekes "Hope and Help for Your Nerves". I got the audiobook at the library, but you can also find her stuff on YouTube.

I really appreciate that.
It's helps to know I'm not the only one Sudden Onset Panic

I really like the thought of not fighting the feelings
Like radical acceptance
