I sometimes feel like anywhere I end up living, I'm cursed with noisy neighbors and tend to take it very personally, even though I know we're all just living our lives. I use earplugs constantly, but also yeah, that bass!! And certain other noises are never fully cancelled out.
I really do feel for you if anyone is having this problem. Hang in there.

Sorry you have noisy neighbours.

A friend of mine, who is a musician, has that trouble... he has misophonia, actually, and also uses earplugs, as well as noise-cancelling headphones.

Btw, welcome to MSF... I hope you make some good connections here...

I know how you feel. My neighbors slam their door all the time. I'm too afraid to talk to them about it.
