Earlier today i had back pain because of anxiety, and i fainted because of it. It was really hard to deal with but i don't know i feel like my mom didn't care about that. She didn't help me or do anything she just kept on watching her tv show while i was struggling to get myself on the couch. And i felt really alone. I felt really anxious about my heart condition yesterday and i guess that's what triggered the pain today. I feel a bit better now. Although, i had a support group thing today and i had to cancel it, and i feel bad about it. I feel bad about feeling bad about my mom's reactions.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. How awful. And I can't for the life of me understand why your mother didn't help you. That's heartbreaking. I wish I knew what to say to help. It is terrible to feel abandoned and all alone with pain and suffering!

I don’t understand how your mom could ignore you during such a scary situation. I’m sorry you went through that. But don’t feel bad because you felt alone. Those bad feelings will create a vicious cycle of anxiety and back pain.

It sounds as if your pain is enough to worry about. It is easy for me to say, but concentrate on that and yourself. Worrying about what others do or don't do is like a sand trap when playing golf. You can swing at that one all day and never get anywhere. I have to agree with @ninetiesgrl113 -I'm not really sure how someone could not respond to that. That sounds terrible, and I am sorry as well that you had to experience that.

Shahope, have you thought about trying medicinal cannabis for the pain and anxiety? I read a lot about it, and it seems to be helping.
In the UK, there are cannabis clinics to which you have a subscription. Like Releaf. And you only get the CBD from them. If you have something like that where you live, give it a try. |
