I just got an e-mail from a professor about classroom post I made, something I was doing "wrong" and my anxiety went up and I was wondering how to make it less again, "fix" the mistake "feeling" and came across this interesting article:

It's an online class where I made the mistake and I'm still inclined to not go there, not look, like if I can't see it anger or disappointment won't be there.
