Ight guys i know i been posting alot on here but im new too this site and everybody has really been helping me out with understanding my anxiety and panic problem. I've had it for 4 yrs now but never really understood it. I had another ? though from the time i wake up in the mornings until i finally get to go too sleep at night i have this constant thought in my head that im different than i was before and that im going to die or im going to have a heart attack or just something bad is wrong with me. i mean it constant is this what they call ocd or is it something else?

It could be an OCD, but it would take a qualified professional to say for sure, but definitely it COULD be. I have an OCD dealing with death as well.

It could also be a very real problem called hypochondria, which also stems from panic and anxiety disorders.

Perhaps you should ask your doctor to be sure what it is. Just be frank and talk about it openly, if you trust your doc enough to do that.

hey ktp thank you soo much for your help i looked up and did some research on hypochondria and i thank that's def what i have im gonna talk too my doc about it asap but ty soo much u really helped take alot off my mind

Just be sure to talk to your doctor about it and I'm sure it'll all be fine. No matter what he/she says!!

doesn't sound like ocd to me... but anxiety. yes speak with your doctor because there are some good meds out there that help greatly with this... just because you have been dealing with this a long time doesn't make it into ocd...
