I just feel like going crazy, like I am literally about to lose my mind. I would like to know how to deal with various thoughts on my mind going on at once. It is like one thought comes and another thought comes and they keep coming faster and faster until they are all flooded in and I have to deal with them at the same time. It is too much. It is depressing, like a load that I have to carry. Physically it has made me ill and I have to avoid triggers. This is worth noting. For the past two weeks, I have been trying to overcome them and have been doing well and now this. Is this common? I am very vulnerable to triggers.

please speak to your Dr. about this. They may very well be intruding thoughts that can be helped.

They are intrusive thoughts. They came flooding in and barely ease off.

I have that happen. It is horrible. It is like your mind is on one of those spinny playground toys and the playground bully has ahold of it and is spinning it faster and faster and won't let you get off. When this happens I take a xanax. It stops my brain, like rebooting a computer. Makes everything quiet for me, then as the med wears off I focus on one thing at a time, breathing and letting go of all the extra stuff I can't do anything about. Usually one xanax gets me off the merry-go-round and refocused.
