this anxiety hit me at 2 am this morning and will not leave me, i have tried everything.

hi purple, if it is very intense the best thing to do is breathe.... try breathing more slowly..... take longer, deeper breaths....

Purple,
It is time to talk to a T and possibly try some medications for the anxiety and depression. I worry that you are taking on so much stress. There is help to begin to relieve the worst effects the situation is having on you. A T can and will help. Please consider. peace and love, nightbird ![]()

Try getting in the shower and have a warm bath, it might help you ;]
