Do you have a therapist to help you with your difficulty with anxiousness and getting outside?

Thanks. I think it is the feeling of knowing that I'm all alone what makes me nervous.
Feeling so different than all the happy people out there. Feeling so small. Don't have any distraction. I don't know. I haven't got therapy yet, but this year it's going to happen.

It DOES seem as if all the world is very happy or very successful or very 'put together..' But as I get to know people more and more....we all have layers, we are onions out there..and the more you peel......our insides are the yummiest parts.. Underneath all the layers, we are all the same ![]() ![]()

I hope you are able to see a therapist soon. Isolating is so unhelpful.

I agree with the OP's... You need to get in therapy.. I have been isolating for seventeeen years..It's not a life I would wish on anyone..I find it extremely hard to go outside..I go to the store or Dr. appts. and thats it.. The rest of the time I spend in my bedroom locked away with my thoughts..Please get help now..
