Welcome to the Community, sweetie2u1972. When did you last have a complete physical? If it has been awhile, maybe you should have one to see if there is a problem that may be contributing you the panic attacks. If there is no problem, my thought is get referred to a psychiatrist to see if there is anything new that may help. Panic attacks are uncomfortable but usually not life-threatening. You may want to ask your psychiatrist to refer you to a therapist who specializes in panic disorders.
Good luck. |

Hi sweetie. What you write here doesn't sound silly at all. I can definitely relate. I don't have a problem leaving the house, but I am phobic in certain other situations and I find the physical and emotional symptoms unbearable. I also have some compulsive behaviors and I am obsessive about health/disease issues.
Have you tried therapy? Certain types of therapy can be helpful. Wishing you all the very best ![]()
