Happy Monday, all!

I came across an article about using Kundalini Yoga meditation techniques to treat OCD, etc. It takes an hour a day.

I'm going to try it for 9 days and then I'll give you a report. I see my T again the 24th and my Pdoc the 23rd.

prayers appreciated!

I've heard meditation can work wonders for OCD...I keep trying to get at it myself, but can't seem to commit the time. I have anxiety more than OCD these days, anyways (though maybe the meditation would work for that, as well).

Good luck...oh yes, prayers, well wishes and whatever else you need coming your way.

I found meditation to be completely impossible when I was at the height of my OCD problems, though it was recommended to me. I hope you have better luck.
