Breathe in....breathe out....I've had to tell myself this all morning. It started after I got out of the shower and got dressed. I didn't want to make my bed, I just felt like crying (not because I had to make my bed). As you may or may not know, I'm on this journey to wellness and taking my bed-making habits with me! (I'm determined that if my bed is neat and made, my mind will follow!). The tears have been lurking way to close to the surface today. My emotions are really raw..like just sitting right there ready to explode from my chest. I don't know if it's anxiety about work, if it's anxiety about the upcoming trip to Boston (a very triggering place to me as I used to live there, and it's for work, too) or if it's M or S or just me. Damn it..they are no longer lurking, the tears have decided to join the rest of the world...I keep telling them to stay where they are, that they aren't missing much out here, but they insist on spilling out. Kleenex anyone?

I try to make my tears not come out, but just let it out, maybe it will help. Just don't bottle anything up.

the future is impossible to control, predict, change. focus on the now. the right now. the breath going through your body, and push out that bad energy.
make you bed, even if it feels like it will kill you. and afterwards, look at it, and be proud, because it's so much MORE than what you could have chosen to do.
you, as a person, as a human being, as you, are okay. right now.
