Yah selfy unfortunately for me that is a yes to the paranoia. My paranoia
distracts me sometimes and does unfortunately ruin good times for me.

Not always though.....

I have to keep telling myself to try not to let it...!!! Sometimes for me
I do wonder if it is real or just me getting all worked up for nothing.

"how long it will last"
I understand what are you talking about here.
Worrying about this stuff is what keeps me from enjoying things in life. I just don't belive that today's good things will not hurt tomorrow because they usually do so.
But you just have to keep trying and push all the negative thoughts away.. somehow.

In my own other words ,,,,, sometimes ya just have to ignore it ,, and take the moment for what it is >> The Moment .

And enjoy it like .
