i'm alone tonight. i'm out of my comfort zone. I'm having some heart palpatations. I'm not feeling good. I've been triggered by a movie. My cousin was suppose to be home between 11 and midnight and he's not home yet, my bf wont be home until roughly 5am.

I don't know if I can sleep.

I'm always worse at night, out of my comfort zone right now.

Not doing good.
I'm not panicky... don't even feel really anxiety ridden.

Hell I don't know what I'm feeling. uh-oh but it's not good.

Sorry Sundance. I know how movies and TV can be upsetting sometimes. I get like that too. Are you still online? I hope you feel better and get some sleep.

I survived it. Surprisingly wasn't panicky like I thought i'd be. Barely had any anxiety symptoms.
