My reason of joining this forum is the same problem. I don't know what this is actually called, I hope I'll get help here.

I have started experiencing memory problem from last year after I got failed in my exams. Sometimes it gets serious, I feel over-burdened with thoughts all the time. Like for e.g, I keep on repeating in my mind every single happening of every single moment. During all this occurring to me I feel afraid of forgetting, and suppose if I can't recall that exact thing I feel panic and anxious. And in case of remembering I feel so good.

Please all of you try to give me a solution I'm very disturbed, my life has been affected drastically by this problem.

I think sometimes just letting go works better than trying to force remembering. It sounds wrong but maybe it is right. Your mind may need a break; you have not lost it. It will still be there. And maybe your mind is telling you that there is something you need to pay attention to, rather than what you have been doing.
