I rear-ended another car last Thursday because I was having anxiety. Now I feel dread, guilt, worry, etc. And I know it's not going away any time soon. I was a perfect driver for fifteen years. This totally SUCKS.

Wasn't bad at all. I rolled into him from a stop. No damage to him or his truck, minimal damage to mine.
Yes I do feel this way quite often, especially since last summer. I don't know why its gotten worse. |
