Hi,
I am new here and I have a few questions that perhaps someone has had that are similiar. First I have been going through a what I thought to be some sort of weird illness. I started with mono and then from there it all went down hill. Doc cannot find anything wrong(even had a CT) I finally went to the shrink (only one time so far) and it seem s to be anxiety with panic disorder. Some of the symptoms which have not been discused as of yet are sleeping either to little or to much, extreme tiredness, shaking for no reason and the worst of all is weakness in my legs which nearly make me fell like I am going to fall. The foggy thinking and just feeling like I am going to jump out of my skin is also just some of them. She has me on klonopin. Does this sound like anything that pertaining to anxiety and has anone else had these symptoms! I am shaking even trying to type. Any input will be appreciated and is there a light at the end of the tunnel? |

Hi donsky,
Yes there is, and the fact that your getting some help so quickly is a good sign IMHO. Lots of people here can help and advise you. It is very worrying at first, to be feeling anxiety, and the people here understand that. I hope it eases for you, Cheers, Myzen |

SWEETIE, I HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH THE SYMPTOMS YOU MENTION AND MANY MORE. TRY TO GET UP AND DO SOMETHING WHEN IT HITS THAT KEEPS YOU SO BUSY IT DISTRACTS YOUR MIND, SORTA LIKE PLAYING A TRICK ON YOUR MIND TO KEEP YOU FROM FOCUSING ON HOW YOU R FEELING. IT HELPS SOMETIMES...MARIE XOX
