I attended my schools Phi Theta Kappa Ceremony. I'm usually so scared when it comes to social events like this, but I wasn't. I honestly really felt no anxiety during the event. Okay maybe just a little when I had to walk on stage and stand in front of everyone, but only a little. But I went and walked across the stage anyway.! Just some encouragement for anyone who reads this, you can conquer any fear you have. It may take time, but you can and will conquer you anxiety, social anxiety or any other fear! I did and you can too!
