Since losing my dad on April 20th, I haven't been back to my job. Well, I tried one morning around two weeks ago, but I had severe panic attacks, couldn't focus on my work, kept crying, had endless intrusive thoughts, etc. So I only worked 3 hours. Today was my first actual day back since it happened, and I felt pretty okay! Not 100%, of course, but much better than the first time I tried to go back! Today was a pretty nice day, all in all. Just thought I would share.

Well done. That's a huge thing that you have done. It's hard enough to go back to work after a long period of time off I'll, but to have loss added in to the mix, makes it even harder for you. You did really well. xXx
