Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has taken Vyvanse? If so did it help you at all? My pdoc switched me from Adderall XR to Vyvanse today so I was trying to see if there might be some hope.

My son just made the switch himself. The vyvanse lasts longer, so that helps him get through his day and his homework better. No other problems that he's mentioned.
Thanks for this!

Thank yall! I'm going to start the Vyvanse tomorrow. If you don't mind me asking hawthoerne, what dose are you currently on?

Thank you hawthoerne! Again I hope you don't mind me asking, did the Vyvanse stop working for you after a period of time like the Adderall has done for me? I'm trying to find out as much as possible. If I am asking too much please tell me. Hugs hun!

phipps, I take Vyvanse and it works very well for me. I have had it over a year, I believe. It has not stopped working for me. My dose is 30 mg, but I sometimes take only 20, depending on the situation.

Thank you sunrise! I started taking the Vyvanse 3 days ago at 50 mgs. So far I can't tell much difference from the Adderall XR but I'm not sure if I'm going to. I don't know if this should take a while to work like antidepressants but I didn't think it would. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I'm glad to know it hasn't stopped working for you!
