Hello.

So, I was prescribed this drug by my psychiatrist. I've been on it for like five weeks and I haven't noticed any improvements. So, for all the people that have taken it; did it work for you?, and also, what have your experiences been like?

I was only on it for a month before I was able to switch doctors and get on adderall. I didn't notice any change in my adhd symptoms on it.However, according to the info on this med, its affects are slower to occur and more subtle than using a simulant. I...didn't want to sit around waiting. :-)

Yeah, I feel the same way, not wanting to sit around waiting. Thank you. Does anybody else have something to say?

Perhaps a higher dose would be more effective for you. I take Strattera because I cannot take stimulant drugs but the Strattera helps but not as well as stimulants.

It did not work for me and made me want to vomit all the time. I switched to Adderall and have been doing great ever since.

I took strattera for 3 mos, gradually increasing the dose, until it made me suicidal. It helped maybe a tiny bit w/the ADD symptoms but not worth the sui ideation. I can't get stimulants so I'm not taking anything for ADD now
