Hello I was wondering how I should treet my friend when he forgets to take his meds. I usally treet him like a little kid when he gets that way but I dont know really what to do. I am DID and sometimes I chicken out when he forgets or neglects to take them and make some one else comeout. He is still trying to find wich ones work and so far I think none are really good because they make him forget things. I hope you can help thank you.

Lilly

Geesh it is probably not best to treat him like a kid. He will feel patronized by you. Ultimately it is his responsibility, but if he needs assistance why not get him to do something like put an alarm on his clock or watch - or computer calandar?

Good luck!
