Have you tried the Psych Central quizzes? They are helpful in seeing what is going on. At least it would give you some direction to which way to go.

Sounds like you may have a little bit of an issue with ADHD. You can take the online tests but they are very subjective as to what your mood is on the day you take it. I recommend you do try and take it though. And also see a psychiatrist for a definite diagnosis.

I have been told by a pdoc that I am not ADD because coffee does not calm me down. But i was told by a therapist that this is not a correct way to dx ADD or ADHD. The therapist told me I am ADD or ADHD. Dont know which. Where can I find these psych central quizzes? Thanks

you can find where the quizzes are by going to the top line across and clicking on Quizzes. The ADD/ADHD test is the first one. If you score more than 70, I would go see a psychologist soon. My tests always came out to around 83, so I KNOW I have ADD. I hope you can find some answers there as well, and then you can take that information to the psychologist. I hope you find out what you are looking for. The quizzes are only a short study on the disorder. The tests the psychologists give is much more in-depth and can tell you much more definitively whether you do or don't have ADD/ADHD.
