Hello,
I just wanted to let you all know a benifit of ADD...
I have chronic pain, yet thanks to my absentmindedness, and lack of focus, I make it through my day because I forget about it when something more interesting (or as my bf says 'shiny') comes into view . In my life, it's the little things that help me get through it, hope this helped yours.

Thanks for your post. It helps to remember the positive things instead of the negative things. I, too, have ADD. I hope your positive attitude is contagious. I could use it.
