Hey, doubt anyone will read this but i have unmedicated ADD.
I came of ritalin when i was about 8 as they caused further problem for me personally. Lately i've been having alot of trouble settling with anything. It may be my eating and sleeping habit though. Any advice or tips? r x

Hi, Kemp15, welcome to PsychCentral. Yeah, I would try to adjust your lifestyle first; eat, sleep, be merry better and see what effect that has as it can be easiest. Concentrate on that "project" and see what you learn?

- Be your own coach and be tough. Be your own *****, kick your own ***.
- Be in love. Always. Or be angry. Be emotional, basically.
- It’s great that you are able to forget. It’s a blessing. It helps you to be happy.
- Talk to yourself whenever it is not embarrassing.
- Use all the tools you can get. Paper planners, digital planners, to do lists, task lists, reminders, sticky notes, planning boards. Find out what works for you, as long as it works for you and then try something else.
