AHHHHH! I am so attention deficit I feel like screaming. I feel like i'm killing brain cells when I'm screaming, and it makes things worse, but I feel like screaming so so so so loud to find relief to my inner torments. I'm out of control. I can't concentrate. I am a bit paranoid, and I think that's affecting my concentration. It's really hard to relieve paranoia when I have such awkward beliefs that I don't feel like talking about right now. Are there certain aromatherapies or flower essences or whatever that works to calm one down so they can concentrate. let me know what helps to calm down and concentrate. I am so careless. I need to be more responsible and adult like. I am an adult but I am like a teenager. what can i do? thanks so much!

-Lavender is known for being a calming scent.
-You could also try some Yoga.
-Journaling might be something that would help you get all your thoughts out and allow you to focus.
-Finding some peaceful music to listen to may help.

Try setting aside a certain window of time every day to just think about all the things one your mind keeping you from focusing. When that time is up, you put those thoughts aside.
