I've been Diagnosed with MDD, but I'm starting to wonder if there is something else that might be there.... and I just didn't realize it.

If you didn't realize it, how did you know, what did you look for, before going to a doc???

What I would do is to keep a journal of your daily feelings and symptoms, that way you can compare how you have felt and feel to descriptions of symptoms in articles, books, and online. When you do see a doctor, then you can discuss with him/her your journal and whether the things you researched fit you. Just be careful not to see yourself in a disorder or something that isn't there, which is why the journal would be really helpful. It will keep you realistic and honest.

Take care and good luck. It'll be okay.
