Im a high school senior and i have attention and focus problems as well as moderate ocd. I dont know where to start seeking treatment. Whats the difference between a therapist, psychotherapist, counselor, psychiatrist and psychologist? Who should i go to? cost range?

brief info about me:
My ocd isn't as bad as it used to be (meaning it doesn't bother me every single moment of my life like it used to and ive overcome depression). but my lack of focus and procrastination is still as persistant as ever and its really hurting me. I've tried so many techniques. some worked for anxiety but nothing seems to be very effective against my add symptoms. I very recently let my parents know about my add, but am still hiding the fact that i have ocd.

Do you have a family doctor you are familiar with? You might want to start there, and they can help you decide what kind of help you need? Or your parents may have a booklet or online access to the providers covered by their insurance. Accessibility is often an important factor, is the doctor's office easy for you to get to.
