Does ADD get worse and then sometimes better? lately my typing skills have gone for bad to worse. They have never been good ,but lately I just am having a real hard time. Like maybe with times of stress? I feel so stupid asking this. I have never been diagnosed . I have many signs and symptoms though. I can't afford to see a Dr. I know we can not diagnose just need some Ideas. Thanks been real stressed lately, I find myself just pressing the wrong keys a lot more than usual. Thanks this may not be the right place to post this?

When I have other things stealing energy, my normal functioning will start to suffer. For me I think normal things just take much energy so when something adds on, something must break.
For me, I get disorganized and almost confused. |

I have moments where I can't type to save my life. When my mind feels like it's in a thousand places all at once, it can get hard to do anything except take a nap or go for a walk or bike ride.
I also see that I am not my mind at all. I see my mind as a powerful tool but one with some quirks if I get it involved in tasks that I'm not really interested in. I love my gifts and respect my limits and life is good... Ron |
