I do mistakes because of this hardship to focus....I miss things and do them incorrectly and some people get angry.
But some seem to react to me as if i mess **** up on purpose! The guilt and fear from their anger and abandonment stress me 10 times MORE and I do more mistakes. It SUCKS. Its not my fault. I am tired. |

Sorry you're having a tough time right now. My husband also has problems with making mistakes related to his ADD. Are you being treated for it? Could it be time for a medication change? Are there a lot of distractions around that could somehow be minimized? Is there one particular area where the mistakes are happening or is it more of a general focusing issue? I'm not sure what employment resources you have available in Israel, but here in the US, ADD is considered a disability and employers are required to make accommodations for it if at all possible.
Here's a link to an article you may find helpful: http://www.additudemag.com/adhd/article/862.html There may be things you can do to make your workplace more ADD-friendly or tools you can use to improve your focus and reduce your stress levels when things don't go well. In addition to the article, there are books out there specifically on workplace issues for adults with ADD. Here's a link to one of them, but there are others: http://www.amazon.com/ADD-Workplace-..._bxgy_b_text_b I hope you're able to find some relief soon. __________________ I've been scattered I've been shattered I've been knocked out of the race But I'll get better I feel your light upon my face ~Sting, Lithium Sunset |

It sounds like your boss is well educated in this sort of thing. Maybe she could help you find some creative ways to make your work go more smoothly. She's obviously watching out for you and cares. Use her as a resource if you can.

lol this is the only compassion i found from her. They just need workers badly - my luck - and that is why it seems to me that they don`t fire me. lol. I may not know because another director (not THE boss - the boss beneath the boss) said "you are a good worker i know it is not an easy job) but The main boss yelled at me etc. So the only thing i can do is hold tough and try not to panic. Survive with hope i do not need to humiliate myself mroe with silly jobs like that. It is a lot of my shame and the boring job that i feel this pain of hurting myself ..having to work there being 26 damn it.

What type of work would you be doing if you could choose anything you wanted to?
What small step can you make to help you get closer to that goal? Is there something you can do outside of work that brings you joy to balance out the bad feelings you're having at work? Sometimes a job can just be a means to do other things in our lives that give us real meaning. __________________ I've been scattered I've been shattered I've been knocked out of the race But I'll get better I feel your light upon my face ~Sting, Lithium Sunset |

I know how you feel. it's hard for me to keep focused on something I find difficult or boring. If I don't get it, I can get frustrated and feel stupid. Part and parcel of having ADHD. |

I'm sorry people are being so hard on you. They just don't realize how difficult and frustrating it can be to deal with ADHD. I'm trying to make my parents understand that I can't help but not get things too quickly. Things don't come to me *snaps fingers* like that the way with other kids do. Some things I'm really good at like English, Art, Spanish and World History. I'm even doing better in math. I went from barely getting a B minus in math to a B+ and A-. However the subject I REALLY don't like and don't understand is Chemistry. My parents want me to get at least B- but I barely get a C+. I said to them it's IMPOSSIBLE! But they tell me I'm just being lazy but if I was really being lazy would my other grades in other classes be as good as they are now? :[ :[ :[
Anyway, I hope you're concentrating better <3 Hope things get better for you. :] :] :] __________________ “We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation.
