My supervisor has recommended that I request reasonable accommodations for my ADHD, predominately inattentive type.

I'm just wondering if any of you have requested reasonable accommodations, and what you have found to be helpful for you?

im confused. in what sense? when im not on the right med and dose i find giving me one step at a time is helpful and only getting step 2 instruction after step 1 has been completed.
