My supervisor has recommended that I request reasonable accommodations for my ADHD, predominately inattentive type.
I'm just wondering if any of you have requested reasonable accommodations, and what you have found to be helpful for you? |

im confused. in what sense? when im not on the right med and dose i find giving me one step at a time is helpful and only getting step 2 instruction after step 1 has been completed.
