(First time trying to post something)
I'm 22-23, been Dx with inattentive and moderate impulsiveness.
i did take ritalin:
20mg first meal 20mg second meal and 10mg 3rd meal (obviously pc).
b/p 150/90 p 150 (age 21)
straterra:
gave me cotton mouth (excellent for lifting)
non-stim. doesnt let negative biofeedback kick in.

concerta:
54mg QD:
lasted the hole 12 hrs if not more for 6 months.
BP is 130/85 p- 155 walking and standing 120 sitting.

just started on 36mg bid second pill about 6hrs after the first, supose to stop the tachy.

my questions are:
what are good cardiac meds used to treat adhd?
good non medicinal therapy?
any other good meds to try?
and are there any conferences i should get involved with, i have access to anything, video tele, blah blah.

hi busby.

I too have add, and tachychardia attacks with PVC's.

I dont really have any advice as to medication as I too am extremely sensitive to meds. But i wanted you to know you arent alone in this.
