Why do I feel so hyper like I want to babble on and do backflips and jump everywhere, I feel like laughing my head off, like someone is tickling me. It is also really hard to concentrate on reading a book, like I read a word I would get soooo bored. I don't eat sugar that much either.

Those could be adhd symptoms. Differntiating between adhd and bipolar would be, asking yourself it the hyper, inability to focus on stuff, if it happens all the time? Or only during certain times it could be a bipolar episode?

Or... you're just naturally hyper. Maybe if you get your energy out through exercize or something, you might be able to focus?

The hyper-behaviors are a way to stay awake from all of the boring things out there. The ADD brain races and becomes tired easy. We ADDers crave the dopamine that our brains seem to be a bit short off and adrenaline is produced by many ADD traits/interests which stimulate our brains. Dopamine is released in physical activity, which is why I do SO much better on days where I get my walks in.
