I have an acquaintance I've known for over a year. She is definitely ADD (well I say ADHD but she's an adult so no one seems to use that.) She is a kindergarten teacher so her energy is good for the youngsters. BUT she leads a large group of volunteer adults also. She's prone to miss details... and often leaves things to last minute etc you all know, things take longer she runs behind etc etc

My question is, what would be the quietest way to tell her I realize these difficulties are ADD? I know it is, from my training... problem is, I don't think SHE knows she has this disorder. I will need to let another newly appointed person be aware of her (limited) greatness... and I want to clear the air with her first.

Please research anything I suggest before believing...
