I have ADHD and I take Vyvanse 70mg. I get a 30 day prescription about every month, take one a day every morning. After awhile the effect has become less effective, and I hate it when it wears off. It only primes for a couple hours at the most, then I feel mute and unmotivated. How do I pro-long and increase the strength of the effect to stay focus, motivated, and social? I've tried double dosaging, taking two pills a day instead of one sometimes, does make me focused longer, but it has little to no strength on the social aspect, and I usually end up with insomnia. What makes it even worse is that I'm Schizophrenic and I've tried two different anti-psychotics while on the Vyvanse; Risperdol gives me bad headaches mixed with Vyvanse, and Haloperidol, the one I'm on now, lessens Vyvanse's effect. These are the only meds I can afford. What can I do to increase the effect of Vyvanse?

I also almost completely regained my appetite, and I end up eating a lot again. I rather stay fit, I already lost so much weight, I don't wanna gain it all back!
