My son is on 60mg Vyvanse and he really likes it. No particular problems with it and it definitely helps him with his attention problems.

Hope this one works, you deserve to feel better!
Is Adderal considered too addicting with your doc?
The ole tried & true dexedrine still works for me.

My boyfriend takes Vyvanse, and in the beginning when he switched to it (and if he ever has a dose change) he says it makes him wired too, but he doesn't have that problem any more. Though, he can't have coffee at ALL now. Caffeine has proven to be a huge trigger since taking Vyvanse. ...There are worse things! Haha.

I've taken Vyvanse and it worked well, but Adderall was cheaper and I like being able to vary the dose to the day ahead. My daughter takes Vyvanse 60mg now. I do drink about half the coffee that I used to consume.

Exercise really helps too...
