Hello. n_________n

I'm new to this website. I was diagnosed with ADD in third grade, but only found out about this diagnosis this year. Insane, huh? My mom doesn't want to get me medicated, as she says "intelligent, resourceful people such as yourself can come up with other ways of coping with ADD."

So I've been trying to figure out ways to cope. :0

So far lists have helped a bunch, and keeping a to-do list in a place on my desk where I won't lose it. However, I want to know what other peoples' ways of dealing with their ADD are.
