Those of you who take it or have taken it. Have you ever noticed that when you take it with food it seems to work better or the effect is easier to pick out?

I know it says it can be taken with or without out food but when I take it with food it seems to work better then if I take it without? Or is it just my imagination?

I haven't noticed anything but I've been on adderall for over 3 years now on a stable dose and I usually always take it with food. I'll "test" it without food though sometime and see if I notice anything. Interesting thought!
Thanks for this!

Yeah, I can definitely tell a difference when I take it with food, almost like it has a steadier release. It may seem crazy, but I can tell a difference depending on what I eat with it.

I made the mistake of taking it with orange juice for awhile, which your not supposed to do, and it seemed to have a negative affect on how effective adderall is.

You should consider taking omega supplements with your adderall. That stuff makes me even more attentive

Yep....I get mine in capsule form from Aldi for darn cheap, but you can get it just about anywhere.

It takes a month or so of taking it before you'll get the full effect. It's worth the wait. I just keep a little pill organizer with all of my morning meds so I don't forget em or have to stumble through 5 or 6 bottles....it'll become part of your routine in no time.

I have a PDF somewhere that explains what supplements you can take to enhance Adderall and lessen the impacts of ADD/ADHD somewhere. I'll post it later.
Thanks for this!

When I was on Adderall I never noticed a difference. I actually struggle with remembering to eat on my medicine because it has a dramatic affect on my appetite for some reason. I never get hungry very often so I have to set my phone alarm to remind me to eat lol

I wonder why that is? I've found that small snacks instead of meals works better for me
