Hey there! OK so I have been taking prozac(fluoxetine 40 mg) for about a year and vyvanse (60mg) since september. I know all about the serotonin syndrome and not taking a antidepressant/ antianxiety medicine isn't an option for me. I often skip my prozac a few days or I will take it later in the day. My question is has anyone else had this combo or something similar? How did it work for you? Do you take both doses together? I really am just trying to find some balance with my anxiety and add symptoms.

I was on Zoloft for depression until my ADD diagnosis. When I started my Adderall (60mg per day) I felt good and wanted to stop the Zoloft because I was not depressed. I still have Klonopin for anxiety, but I only take a couple a week. Mainly if I am having trouble winding down at night.

I take prozac and adderall, so far it' done me good except the adderall doesnt last long so I am gonna ask my psych to up my doseage, to see if that would help!! as far as combining different meds, I guess it just depends on what they are. good luck.

I take 30mg aday of adderall but it seems to run out quickely, maybe I need to try the 60 a day, is that 2 10mg 3 times a day? or a different combo.

I take 20mg Adderall (Generic) 3 times on a normal weekday.
20mg 5:00am
20mg 10:00am
20mg 4:00pm
