I was wondering if anyone deal with negative thoughts. From my past of being bullied and rejected I get these automatic negative thoughts when it comes to being social and as soon as I think it I get the feelings in my stomach that stop me dead.

I am on Dexidrine but the only help is not sleeping at all which makes my mind clear.

Quite often I do. It is pretty normal for someone with adhd, like you mentioned yours with social situations. It has become such an ingrained part of you, that whenever you get into a situation it is automatic all the negative feelings and thoughts and emotions come to the front. It is hard to break the cycle of negative thinking, but slowly and in little bits you have to expose yourself to the situations you are uncomfortable with to build up your confidence, to relearn not everything is going to be perfect but not everything is going to be bad either.

I am currently reading a book called 4 weeks to and organized life with adhd. It talks about social situations and automatic negative thought's like you describe having. It might be worth a read for you
