I have an exam in 2 days and it is my final exam. I have ADHD. I took dexedrine yesterday and could not sleep until 7am. Today I did not take any pills because I would like to go to sleep today. I can not focus. Like for my previous exams, I can not concentrate. I am getting extremely pessimistic at the moment that I will not finish my university and I can not afford that and I am not able to repeat a year.
Should I experiment with more ADHD drugs? Should I stop taking them? Concerta made me extremely paranoid, I have never experienced something like this before,...actually I did once when I took to much cocaine it was the same.

Is there anyone who is not taking drugs for ADHD and have found an alternative way, like homeopathy? If yes did it work? I am planning not to take any pills and would like to hear if someone else did that and if it works? How did they do it? I heard for children that got completely healed with homeopathy.

My brain just can not focus on one thing today, heeeeelp!

Hmmm. Evidently no one who has read here knows what to suggest. Have you looked over some books on ADHD to see if they offer any suggestions (at least for the future, if it's too late for this time)?

I think speaking to your pdoc and ask. I recall a few years ago there was a diet regime that is supposed to be an alternative (google it). If you try the diet and it doesn't help, try another med w/ ur pdocs help.
