I am intending to go see a psychiatrist for this but I want a second opinion first. Let me explain why I think I have ADHD first. I have a bad tendency to shake my right leg up and down almost all day. I even shake my leg during bed as I feel it helps me feel a bit at ease. Whenever I get a worksheet from class, I just stare at it and drift off. I don't even think about anything - my mind just goes blank and it takes me some time to get back to reality. Whenever I get nervous due to events such as school fights, my hands start shaking uncontrollably and so do my legs. I feel like I need to move or else I'll start feeling extremely uncomfortable.

Hi! Of course, I can't say for sure that these behaviors are symptoms of ADHD. Maybe if you post in the ADHD forum, folks there might know more about it.
But, of course, as you are planning on doing, the only way to receive an official diagnosis is see a professional. ![]() |

I understand why you want others
opinions but Im pretty sure none are professionals in behavioral health. I encourage you to seek a second evaluation from a licensed psychotherapist. Good luck
