Yes, the alliteration was on purpose. I'm trying to keep my usual touch of humor in things.

I started off the day having my fairly well-defined plans changed a bit, but I managed without losing focus. I meditated this morning and was able to easily make it through a 2 hour online training course I had to take. Then, I ran some errands and got terribly frustrated (doesn't anyone but me know how to drive? ). Now, I'm back at the online training - I hope to complete another 20 hours by the end of August. But, I can't focus on it.

I have only recently started thinking I may be ADHD and haven't talked to a doctor yet. I was recently laid off and am still straightening out benefits. So, in the meantime, any non-medical tips for coping would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
