Hello all,
I have a problem now.Or it has been with me from a long time. Whenever i do something, be it studying, reading, or whatever some distractions would come to my mind.Mostly they are songs or snippets of songs i have heard. So whatever i read i can get only half of it.It has now become a serious problem as i have an exam coming and this makes the tendency to procrastinate more too.
Can anyone say what is this?Is this a disorder? If so how to overcome it?
Thank you

When deadlines approach, do you hyperfocus?

Whenever I notice this happening to me, it is caused by only hearing part of the song some time earlier that day. I have to listen to the song in it's entirety to get it out of my system.
