I've started looking into local support groups and I find it pretty funny that there seems to be... none in my area! I live in a big city, or at least a city. How could Columbus, Ohio not have any support groups?

So, I've decided that maybe putting together a group of my ADD friends who have ever wanted to join a support group together. I might be the learner but it would just be for figurehead as I would need support from my members. I would also welcome their non-AD|HD friend, family and even parents of AD|HD children. Main target would be Adults but maybe the parents could get idea of habits to install in their AD|HD child so they might not have such a hard time starting them when they leave home.

I want to learn more about AD|HD and help others learn more. I want to teach people who need to understand more about what is going on in their AD|HD child, friend and family members head.

I must be nuts!

No, its people like you that make the world a better place mate.

Although they always say with ADHD we are good at knowing what to do, but its DOING IT, that is the hard part

Good on you. I believe in you. Reach out, you never know where it could lead you.
